It has less fat than sheep milk ice cream, and is made using only milk from our pastured sheep, and local, organic, and fair trade ingredients. Each batch is carefully hand packed.

Each one has bee sealed so they won't spill, but once opened they can be washed and refilled with water, juice, or more kefir of course! Sweetened local maple syrup.
