Damon Dewsbury traded time in a microbiology lab for time in the kitchen when he founded Culture City in 2014. With the expertise and curiosity of a scientist, he produces a unique line of fermented products, including non-soy tempehs, probiotic mustards, fava bean and buckwheat miso, hot sauces, pickles, and more, using organic ingredients. Damon is also a mycologist who leads amazing mushroom walks. He enjoys discussing health, nutrition and fitness, and can often be found playing music with Rodrigo from Plan B.

Culture City attends the market every other week during the indoor season and weekly when we are outdoors.
