Southbrook Vineyards was Canada’s first winery to be certified both organic and biodynamic. Warm sun, clay-rich soils and careful agriculture result in distinctive wines from Chardonnay, Semillon, the red bordelaise varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot) and Syrah. As well as producing their own grapes, Southbrook works with certified organic growers from across Niagara Peninsula to offer a range of delicious wines, all certified organic by Pro-cert. Southbrook’s Estate wines are also certified biodynamic by Demeter
