Our premium, hand crafted, small batch vanilla sheep milk gelato is refreshing, creamy, and delicious, with the perfect amount of sweetness. It has less fat than sheep milk ice cream, and is made using only milk from our pastured sheep, and local, organic, and fair trade ingredients. The vanilla is made using organic cane sugar, vanilla, and a dash of sea salt. Each batch is carefully hand packed.
