Established in 2021, it is our mission to bring fresh, sustainable and traceable seafood to Hamilton and beyond. We have worked hard to source our seafood through direct purchasing. These close relationships with the fisher folks has resulted in us being able directly source approximately 95% of our seafood. We are proud to support fisher folks, their families and the local economies in Canada that they reside in.
