A traditional favorite, we use a lot of ontario raspberries to make this the best raspberry jam around! have it on toast, shortbread, yogurt, ice cream, or on your buttered croissants.

This is what we like to call our ‘local marmalade’ as the main ingredient is our very own ontario rhubarb, with a sprinkle of orange zest. Tart and zingy! great on cream cheese and crackers, on shortbread or with yogurt.
