One pound of Spring! Individualy gathered from the deep wilds of Canada, these little treats need to be enjoyed soon before they are gone before you know it. I describe the taste as being similar to asparagus wrapped around rapini, but whatever the taste it’s good. Make sure to ask about cleaning and cooking advice if you are a first time fiddleheader. One of the first wild edibles from the woods each year, not to be missed.
