Shepherd’s Breakfast Sausage

Truly one of our favourites which is why it’s called Shepherds. These are the sausages that we look forward to every year, incredibly flavourful, it’s a delicious sausage made with mutton, salt, pepper, and a bit of mustard powder in a cellulose casing. A package contains 8-9 sausages weighing approximately 1 lb.
