Raw Vegetable soup base. Add 1-2 tsp per cup of water or to taste. Think boullion cubes but a wet paste easily incorporated into things. Stable salt preserve (15%). Ingredients: heirloom tomatoes, carrots, onions, celery, garlic, sea salt, parsley, thyme. All grown by us. 1KG makes up to 200 cups of broth!
