Alchemy Pickle Company produces cultured vegetable pickles, sauerkraut, kimchi and naturally carbonated kombucha with produce purchased directly from Southern Ontario farmers. With a commercial facility in Toronto, this small team processes over 30 unique products. Fermented pickles, condiments, and beverages that are hand crafted and produced locally have additional benefits besides assisting digestion and contributing to a healthy internal flora; they also support local farmers and contain higher nutrients because the produce is processed right from the fields. Established in 2012 and Certified Organic by Ecocert, Alchemy Pickle Company is a proud wholesaler to retailers, bars, restaurants, grocery delivery services and sells directly to farmers’ markets through their online store.
