In a living room in the heart of Cabbagetown in Toronto, a group of friends were discussing the fact that many were not raised by parents who taught us to cook. Tish offered to share her knowledge and extensive experience in the kitchen with the group, et voilà! Tish’s Dishes was born.
A decade later, Tish’s Dish expanded and is now producing small-batch, traditional dried, artisan pasta just as her Nonna used to make. As needs vary, Tish’s Dishes’ inventory now includes pasta made with a variety of flours (organic & non-organic) and organic ingredients.
