Saskatoon Berries, Fresh 1 pint

Ontario fresh Saskatoon berries, (AKA Serviceberries) are how you know summer has arrived! Cousin to the blueberry but with an almond/honey flavour all their own they are only here for a few weeks so be sure not to miss them. Particularly high in anti-oxidents. Sustainabley farmed in northern Ontario they make a fantasic addition to ice creams or smoothies they also make a pie to make a midwesterner homesick.
