Blackberry Compote (wild) 190ml

Our wild blackberries are being picked in Northern Ontario and Quebec in the same way they have been gatherd for thousands of years. Similar to a raspberry in texture but different in flavor there are nothing quite like these local treats when they are ripe. You have to move fast to beat the birds and be prepared for a few scratches from the bush it’s self but well worth the work.
