Milkweed Pods, Pickled 190ml

The top of the Milkweed plant, gathered when young and carefully cleaned and preserved. I describe them, as being a little like a pickled green bean with a heart of marshmallow, they are one of the tastiest and most unusual wild veggies available to us.
