Red Fife Crackers


Handmade here on farm using 1847 Red Fife flour. These small but mighty crackers are perfect just they way they are. No butter, cheese, or anything else needed for an incredibly flavourful, slightly nutty taste that will leave you wanting more. They won’t stick around long as one is never enough. Red Fife was brought from Scotland to Canada a little over 170 years ago and is said to be Canada’s oldest wheat. Up until the end of the 19th century Red Fife was the dominant hard wheat planted across the prairies. Fast forward to today and Red Fife is making a resurgence thanks to its nutritional value and flavour. Each bag is approximately 100g
