Wild Leek, 227g Bunch

The first taste of Spring! Wild Leeks (AKA Ramps) are a cousin of onions and garlic that is not to be missed. The leaves are great in a salad or pasta and their beautiful white bulbs are likeas if an onion and garlic had a child. Makes a fantastic pesto or accompanies a range of spring dishes. Only here for a short time but worth the rush.
